The Meridian Club at Porto Hussong is a private residence club located on the 10th and Penthouse levels of the 11-story buildings. The Meridian Club offers 14 luxurious fully furnished condominium homes with large terraces serviced by a 24-hour concierge service and daily maid service.

The Meridian Club units range in size from 4,500 square feet to 7,400 square feet (including terraces). Available floor plans include three and four bedroom configurations and offer world-class appointments throughout including:

Prices for a fractional ownership share start at US$230,000 to US$300,000 for 1/10 ownership allowing for five weeks of use per calendar year. The Meridian Club will be offering ownership though a bank trust with Scotia Bank in Mexico, a division of the Bank of Nova Scotia, Canada. Title insurance and escrow services are offered through First American Title Insurance Company and mortgage services will be offered to members/owners by The Meridian Club.
