Brisamar will be a Private Residential Club consisting of approximately 33 acres (13 hectares) of prime oceanfront property, on Baja’s Pacific coastline, located mid-way between the resort towns of Rosarito Beach to the north and Bajamar to the south.

The property consists of gently sloping land from the coastal road to the handsome cliffs fronting the Pacific Ocean.
